I’m always looking for new ways to follow a healthier diet. Adding more vegetables is great, but sometimes your family members don’t agree with you on what’s tasty… However, this is one recipe that has been a huge hit over at my house.
With the help of your slow cooker, these beef and rice stuffed peppers come together with ease, making this a perfect weeknight dinner.
Cooked white rice mix with shredded cheddar cheese and ground beef to make a tasty filling. Large bell peppers become super soft and seasoned to perfection, making the perfect way to get your veggies in. Swap out the ground beef for lean turkey as a lighter alternative. This recipe serves 6 and is ready by the time you come home from a busy day!
